  • The fashion retailer was aware of the long-term benefits of affiliate marketing and had started to execute affiliate marketing in-house. Although increasing affiliate engagement was a targeted action, the in-house team did not have the expertise or time to identify, negotiate, and secure relevant affiliates for the products.
  • None of the affiliates at first was ready to take up the campaign as the product falls under adult category.
