  • We then worked through a strategic planning framework to create a digital campaign proposition. This became the foundation for the content and digital multichannel strategy
  • The students were asked to map out the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy, exploring the most effective journey models
  • The session ended up with an assesmentwhere 35 Multiple choice questions were given to the students
  • Majority of the class scored more than 80% in the assessment
  • The students rated the training a 9.8/10
